Constand's testimony was buttressed earlier this week by the evidence of five women who all told strikingly similar stories of having been lured by Cosby with the promise that he would mentor and coach them, only to find their trust in him shattered when he allegedly sedated and then violated them.
The judge instructed jurors that Cosby is not on trial for the conduct alleged by Thomas, Lasha or any other accuser.
Constand offered brief details of seven social encounters she had with Cosby before the alleged assault, including one in which she said he put his hand on her thigh and another when she said he tried to "unbutton my button on my trousers".
Thomas testified that she was greeted by a driver at the airport, who took her to a secluded ranch house where Cosby personally opened the door to her and implored her to dress in something more comfortable.
Dickinson told Cosby's lawyer she "wasn't under oath" when she wrote the book like she is now. She said that's where she started to get cramps, and that's when Cosby produced a little blue pill. The combination immobilized her and rendered her unable to speak.
The Associated Press does not typically identify people who say they are victims of sexual assault unless they grant permission, which Constand has done.

"I could feel him trying to get a hold of my zipper", she said. "He said, 'I'm sorry to you, Andrea, and I'm sorry to you, Mom'".
Under cross examination, Thomas testified that she chronicled her trip to Reno in a scrapbook and recorded a cassette tape at the home where she had the encounter with Cosby.
Though he was known as "America's Dad" from his years on "The Cosby Show", which aired from 1984 to 1992, his image crashed in 2014 as the women went public with their claims. She received almost $3.4 million in a settlement of a civil lawsuit she filed against Cosby.
A spokesman for Cosby, Andrew Wyatt, told reporters this week that the testimony of the additional women testifying to accusations unrelated to the criminal charges at issue was a "prosecution by distraction". She described meeting Cosby through Temple University, where he was a trustee and she was director of operations for the women's basketball team. He says the encounter with Constand was consensual.
Cosby's first trial in Norristown, a Philadelphia suburb, ended in a hung jury in June previous year, with a sequestered panel hopelessly deadlocked after six days of testimony and 52 hours of deliberations.
When she came too, she said Cosby was behind her on the couch.
"It's all a fabrication there because I wanted the paycheck from the book", Dickinson said, repeatedly calling the book "poetic licence" done to feed and educate her children, under attack from the defense. "And when I determined that these women were not being believed I wanted to support them".
"I'd love to see if he thinks he's going to prove any of this", Troiani told The Associated Press. "But it's going to be with me forever".
Model Janice Dickinson has told a U.S. jury that Bill Cosby raped her in 1982 after giving her a pill he claimed would ease her menstrual cramps but instead left her immobilised.
She also turned back his attempts to dent her credibility, freely admitting that she experimented with LSD and other drugs in her youth and had a long bout with alcoholism. Testimony from these "prior bad acts" witnesses will be used to show that Cosby had a common pattern and did not make a one-time mistake in his assault of Constand, according to prosecutors. "He took that all away from me".
Bill Cosby's main accuser at his retrial for sexual assault took the stand on Friday and said she was seeking justice in a 13-year legal battle with the TV celebrity.
They're expected to call Jackson as a witness, though O'Neill has reserved a decision on whether he'll allow her to testify until after Constand steps down from the stand.
