Committee of Administrators (CoA) Chairman Vinod Rai confirmed that the prevailing situation has forced them to explore options. Of these, Visakhapatnam is the front-runner - the other three are Thiruvananthapuram, Pune and Rajkot, reported news agency Press Trust of India. The Super Kings already have experience playing home games away from home; four of their home matches were moved to Ranchi in 2014 due to the dispute between Tamil Nadu Cricket Association and the local municipal corporation.

Groups protesting the water issue had threatened a boycott of all IPL games at MA Chidambaram Stadium which has hosted one match so far.

Disappointment was writ large on the face of Dinesh Karthik after Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) lost to the Chennai Super Kings, despite putting up a total above 200, at the Chepauk, on Tuesday.

The news of shifting all the home matches of CSK to another venue was confirmed according to the reports in ANI following severe protests for the match on Tuesday.

England's Sam Billings made 56 off 23 balls as Chennai Super Kings beat Kolkata Knight Riders with a ball to spare in the Indian Premier League. The incident took place in the 8th over of the KKR innings, when the shoe hit both Jadeja - standing at long on - and Faf du Plessis, who was at the boundary along with Lungi Ngidi. Russel ended KKR's innings with a trade-mark six, taking them over the 200-run mark.

Sony's PS5 Is Likely Several Years Away
Also in the report is word that the PS5 will play games that do not run on PS4, so this sounds like it could be a big step up. If any dev-kits are in the wild, then they're really early ones; likely just desktop PC's with targeted specs.

The opposition by pro-Tamil outfits to the IPL matches was that the game would divert the attention of the youth from the Cauvery issue and lessen the impact of the state-wide stir. Du Plessis and Ngidi are yet to play a match this season.

The court had granted six weeks to the Centre to formulate a scheme to ensure compliance of its 465-page judgement on the decades-old Cauvery dispute, modifying the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal award of 2007.

There were massive protests outside the stadium ahead of the match and several hundreds of protesters were detained.

Vinay Kumar then bowled a wide before Jadeja and Bravo took singles off the next two balls.

Visakhapatnam's Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy stadium hosted matches over the previous editions of the IPL, where the fans were treated to some high-voltage matches and got the chance to witness their favourite superstars live in action.
