There has been a growing backlash online against Ettel, who is white, who allegedly called police on the little girl, who is black, since Jordan's mother, Erin Austin, intervened and recorded the interaction on video.

"This woman don't want to let a little girl sell some water; she be calling police on an 8-year-old little girl", Austin is heard saying.

The video has been extensively liked and shared on Twitter and Instagram, with the majority of the commentators jumping to the girl's defense and chiding the woman for what many see as racial bias and an example of white privilege.

The family could still make the voyage to the Magic Kingdom if Jordan could help raise money, Austin told USA Today.

That's when Ettel ducks behind a wall, hiding from Austin's camera, who follows the cowering woman.

She also said she only confronted the girl's mother. Robert Ruecam, a spokesman for the San Francisco Police Department, told NBC News they did not receive a complaint about Rogers and Austin selling water.

Why call the police, Ettel was asked?"Um, illegally selling water without a permit", she replied. "It was completely stress-related, and I should have never confronted her", she added.

According to the Sacramento Bee, Alison Ettel is the founder of TreatWell Health, a licensed California cannabis company selling THC-infused edibles and CBD-infused wellness products for household pets.

"It was literally nonstop".

Realtors® Commend Supreme Court Decision Promoting Fairness Between Online, Main Street Businesses
Estimates have North Dakota bringing in as much as $20 to $50 million in sales tax now that the rules have changed. Shirzay believes the verdict will "level the playing field a little bit more" between online and offline retailers.

"What would you do if you were trying to work and someone was screaming outside of your window on a hot day when there's no air conditioning?"

For Ettel, who told the Huffington Post that she was working from home in the same apartment building, the entrepreneurial spirit was just too much to bear.

"It kind of sidelined us a little bit", Austin said. "It was every two seconds, 'Come and buy my water.' It was continuous and it wasn't a soft voice, it was screaming". "She never asked us to be quiet". "She calling the police on an 8-year-old little girl".

The incident has been compared to one from earlier this year, when a white woman called the police on an African-American family barbecuing in a park in Oakland.

After seeing the video, musician Jonathon Brannon chose to help the girl achieve her dream and purchased four tickets to Disneyland for the family.

"I have no problem with enterprising young women". She got into an argument with Austin, and the final moments of that squabble have now reverberated around the world.

"She can come to my city and sell water any time".

The young girl, Jordan Austin, was selling bottled water across the street from the AT & T stadium in San Francisco, which is right outside her apartment.
