  • Court Filing Shows Feds Have 12 Of Cohen's Tapes

The audio recording of Trump and Cohen relates to whether Trump should buy the rights of the story from American Media, which paid McDougal $150,000 in August 2016 for her story about an alleged 10 month affair with Trump.

An audio recording released on CNN's Cuomo Prime Time on Tuesday night is a bombshell. "I need to open up a company for the transfer of all of that info regarding our friend, David", who CNN suggests is a reference to David Pecker, the head of America Media, which publishes "National Enquirer".

In the recording released on Tuesday, Cohen tells Trump of his plans to set up a shell company and then finance the purchase of the rights from AMI.

Then, after some more financial discussions, Trump is heard saying what sounds like either "Pay with cash or "Don't pay with cash". and the debate over what this all means is born".

On the tape, you hear Cohen say. "The recording. between Trump and Cohen. confirms the man who now occupies the Oval Office had contemporaneous knowledge of a proposal to buy the rights to the story of Karen McDougal, a woman who has alleged she had an extramarital affair with Trump", Stris tweeted. McDougal finally sued to get out of the agreement so she could talk freely about the ordeal in April 2018.

Davis, who worked for the Bill Clinton White House, has accused Trump's new personal lawyer, former federal prosecutor and NY mayor Rudy Giuliani, of disparaging Cohen, alleging the Trump camp are "afraid" of his client.

As far as he's concerned, the taper shatters the argument of Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani that the president should be protected by attorney-client privilege.

Trump Says Russia Will Help With North Korea Denuclearization
The average annual income of North Koreans was just 5% of that earned by people in the South, the central bank estimated. But since then, Mr Trump has suggested that dismantling North Korea's nuclear arsenal could be some way off.

Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's former attorney. Giuliani has said the payment was never made.

Common Cause says the tape bolstered their argument that Trump knew about the payment and that it was potentially illegal.

"The transcript that we provided CNN accurately reflects the taped conversation", Giuliani told The Associated Press.

That's according to a secretly recorded tape of the conversation released amid an escalating feud between the president and his longtime personal attorney, Michael Cohen.

Still, the implications of the tape are damning for Trump, according to Napolitano.

Giuliani, meanwhile, argued on Fox News that Davis was wrong about what the audio showed and reiterated it showed "no indication" of a crime. He believes that along with the president, Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner and eldest son Donald Trump Jr., who he once considered a brother, are all working to undermine him.
