Blizzard Reveal Multiple 'Diablo' Projects Are 'In The Works', Confirming Previous Leaks

It's a bit tough to say with any certainty at the moment, but Blizzard has been dropping some hints about the next Diablo for quite some time.

"We'd also like you to know that the forges here at Blizzard are burning hot and we have multiple Diablo projects in the works".

Former Diablo designer David Brevik once said that he believed a Diablo II remake wouldn't be easy to pull off given that the technology Diablo II is based on requires more than a new coat of paint and that numerous game's original assets are likely lost.

Specifically, Camel revealed that Blizzard has "multiple Diablo projects in the works", adding that "some of them are going to take longer than others", and that the company expects to reveal more details on at least a few of these projects later this year.

Employee steals plane from Seattle airport, crashes it shortly
Local authorities quickly ruled out terrorism as a motive for the incident, and said the F-15s "were not involved in the crash ". He told Scott the plane crashed into a forested area "where it didn't look like there were any homes in the immediate area".

Blizzard has been hiring new employees for their "Unannounced Diablo Project" for more than two years now. However, this is the first time that Blizzard has addressed the fan base when it comes to the future of Diablo.

Camel said in the video below. According to Camel, we might get a glimpse at what Blizzard's working on later this year... presumably at BlizzCon in November. And while some of them will take longer than others, Blizzard may have something to show later this year. What would you like to see in a future Diablo game?

Interestingly, that was not the end of it as sources close to Eurogamer revealed that Diablo 3 is very much in the works for Nintendo Switch despite Blizzard's claims that it is not.
