According to a leaked report from the chemical suppliers purportedly tasked with building the next-generation OLED displays that will be used in the three Galaxy S10 variants, Samsung will use a flat screen option for the entry-level handset. Samsung's premium Galaxy S10 will likely be powered by the Exynos 9820 and Snapdragon 8150 flagship chips, but flat Galaxy S10 might pack a mid-range processor.

Samsung's mobile business has not fared well lately.

As far as a launch date is concerned, the report indicates Samsung is planning on showing off the device in mid-February at an event, where it will announce all four Galaxy S10 models.
