The felony sexual assault case against Kevin Spacey will include video evidence showing he attacked a young man at a bar in Nantucket in July 2016, according to a police report.

On Monday, Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O'Keefe announced that actor Kevin Spacey has been charged with indecent assault and battery for a crime he allegedly committed in 2016, reports the Associated Press.

You can read the entire complaint document at TMZ's website.

The actor allegedly stuck his hands into her son's trousers and grabbed his genitals, she said, adding it was "completely unexpected" and her son tried unsuccessfully to shift his body away from Spacey. Spacey could get up to five years in prison if convicted.

When they went back inside, Spacey allegedly began rubbing the teen's thigh while standing in a crowd of people around a piano and then allegedly unzipped the teen's trousers and touched him without consent.

The busboy told detectives "he wasn't sure if Spacey went into his trousers through the open zipper", or if the actor groped his genitals over his trousers and boxer shorts, according to the complaint. The teen captured video of the assault on Snapchat and sent it to his girlfriend, according to the report.

Unruh's son told investigators he ran home after the incident and told family members about being groped that night.

The busboy said he ran to his grandmother's house where he was spending the summer and woke up his younger sister to tell her what happened.

Little eventually left the establishment, returned to work the next day and informed the owner of the restaurant.

At the end of the video, Spacey also notes that House of Cards viewers never saw his character die and offers an ominous closing line: "Conclusions can be so deceiving".

The alleged victim is the son of former television news presenter Heather Unruh, who spoke publicly about the incident previous year.

Spacey bought the teenager the drinks and at one point said "Let's get drunk", according to the account Unruh's son gave to investigators.

Shortly after the Globe first reported Spacey was facing charges, Spacey broke his year-plus long Twitter silence on Monday by sending out a freaky, cryptic video in which he seemed to be portraying his character from the TV series "House of Cards". After all, we shared everything, you and I.

So we kind of see this over and over, where men who have been powerful, maybe they have been celebrities, maybe the truth is that they have just been used to kind of not really being connected to reality in a way that has, I don't know, coddled them or given a different sense of who they are and how people respond to them than is actually the case.

Soon after the hearing was confirmed Spacey's "Frank" video turned up. "You want me back", Spacey said in video.
