The highest snowfall totals were in Montgomery City, Missouri, northwest of St. Louis, which was hit with 20 inches of snow.

Just before 10:00 Sunday morning KCP&L reported more than 82,000 customers were still in the dark- a decrease of almost 4,000 customers from 7:00 a.m. Crews are working around the clock to restore power.
