Dogs are the most faithful and loyal companions a human can have. But have you ever wondered why we are so in sync with our furry friends? Well, the reason is very simple, we are extremely alike. Sure, we proud ourselves on being the superior species, but many likenesses unite men and dogs.
Dogs have been man’s companion since 30 000 B.C. and for thousands of years, we have tried to demystify the differences and the similarities between our two kinds. Actually, studies proved that dogs have almost the same reactions as a small human child, based on concrete facts.
Scientists studied dogs’ brains with M.R.I. scans by training dogs to stay completely still when inside the scanner, without any restraints. By this experiment, they wanted to learn what dogs think of humans.

They can love, dream, have phobias, psychological disorders, suffer from separation anxiety, etc. Naturally, even though dogs have emotions, the resemblances have their limits. Most of the time, our four-legged friends have to rely on their instincts and their reflexes.
